Dan McCarthy

1 of 70,000,000,000,000,000,000,000

i’m still waiting on this one in the mail. it’s a 19″x25″ six-color (including the glow-in-the-dark layer) sillkscreen by Dan McCarthy titled “1 of 70,000,000,000,000,000,000,000″. The best part?? This is what it is supposed to look like in the dark:

1 of 70,000,000,000,000,000,000,000

I’m really anxious to see how the physical print compares to his images online. McCarthy generally releases a new print every month, and even has a print club where you can basically order a ‘subscription’ if you will, to receive the next 6 months worth of prints as they’re made. This one was for the month of April and already sold out, but his May print recently was released and is of squid wrestling down a huge ship at sea.

Check out his website HERE.

Justin Santora

Gestures in a Blender

Justin Santora is getting ready for his opening on May 8th, for his exhibition in Chicago and released this print to promote the show. It’s a 17″ x 24″ hand-drawn and printed screenprint in an edition of 40, that showcases one of his earlier images from his narrative series with paper airplanes. I believe this one also has sold out, but some of his other prints can be found on his blog and website.

Visit his blog HERE. and his website HERE.

Tyler Stout

Do Not Disturb

Couldn’t resist. I mean, look at it. It’s an 8.5″x8.5″ screenprint in an edition of 100. Really basic compared to a lot of his other poster work which tends to have some intense detail.

Visit his website HERE.

Andrea Offermann

Saved

Fresh from Tiny Showcase, Andrea Offermann’s 4th or 5th (??) design for them. printed 4.5″x5.7″ glicee limited to 100. Really awesome intricately detailed and emotional work.

Website HERE.  Link to her Tiny Showcase print HERE.
