Heathers are a twin-sister acoustic duo from Ireland consisting of Louise (guitar/vocals) and Ellie (vocals). They write really fantastic pop songs that stand out because of the great vocal melodies that they incorporate. Here’s a few snippets of a shining review of their first release Here, Not There.
‘Here, Not There’ is a mixture of heavy beautiful vocals and heavy acoustic guitar, creating enough electricity to light up a sky on the darkest of days. They deliver on catchy choruses, amazing harmonies and upbeat melodies.You really wouldn’t think the two sisters have been writing music for only a year but its the truth…Heathers are possibly one of the best up and coming bands out there at the moment. I recorded their entire set – I just haven’t rendered most of it for posting. It was so dark in CCAS the footage just doesn’t look that good.
