Our van broke down at an Iowa rest stop off of interstate 80 on Sunday afternoon. We’ve been stuck in Altoona, Iowa since then.
Yesterday we sat in the lobby of an auto repair shop for 9 hours to finally be told that they have no clue what’s causing our van to stall out. So this morning they drove the van to the nearest Chevy dealership to get one of their mechanics to inspect it.
Our bill has already climbed over $700 dollars – I’m afraid to see today’s total. Ugh. 18 hour drive to catch up to the tour!

that sucks willow.. my car was stalling out bad for a few months and it ended up being my timing belt and my idle air control valve. hope that helped. good luck man. take care.
