Native is streaming their new album Wrestling Moves HERE.
I’m on my first listen through right now. So far so good.
I distinctly remember watching them perform the album’s opening track (Backseat Crew) in College park a few months ago because the intro to that song builds and builds – and when the build up finally breaks [...]
+ A Good Thing Happens
Pianos become the teeth was just signed to Top Shelf Records. They’ll be helping us press 1000 copies of the album. I’m excited because this takes a TON of financial strain off of our backs, the bands on Top Shelf rule and it’s always a plus to be working with good people who [...]
So this weekend we played a couple of shows with the MA/NY based band The Saddest Landscape.
On Friday we played The Ox which is a really cool warehouse space in Philly run by Bernie from the now defunct screamo band Boy Problems and then we came back down to Baltimore on Saturday to play Charm City [...]
+ Jamie Hewlett Prints
Jamie Hewlett is best known for being the guy behind all of the Gorillaz art work. OMGPosters just did a post on him. Check it out HERE.
+ CCAS Interview
Aural States interviews one of Charm City Art Space’s founding member’s – Mike Riley. Pretty good interview. It’s interesting to read about how CCAS [...]

Daitro’s response to Thursday
hi Ryan
sorry but we declined because we hate [...]

“The rat sniffs the air a few times, and within a minute, his naturally twitchy movements are almost still. On a monitor that shows his rate of breathing, the lines look [...]
You may remember a post I did on Josh Keyes‘ artwork a while back where I mentioned that if I had the cash I would buy a print. Well Dani just informed me that a new print of his entitled “Scorch II” goes on sale tomorrow at 1pm EST. The print is an 18″ x [...]
Daitro’s newest record Y was recently released in Europe (which you can order from purepainsugar). Apparently a US vinyl release date is in the works – as well as a cd release date.
The album is receiving a ton of positive reviews so far and I’m in general agreeance with the blogosphere. This is definitely a well written and [...]
